Step 1: Gently drag eyeliner along lash line and past outer corner of your eye<\/p>\n

Step 2: To create winged effect, start at the outer corner and work back toward the eye, using short strokes<\/p>\n

Step 3: Draw a thinner liner towards the inner lash line<\/p>\n

Step 4: Follow the natural shape of your eye and connect the liner to the inner corner of your eye<\/p>\n
