Thank you so much to all the amazing and wonderful ladies who joined us, this past Saturday for our debut Beauty Inside Out event.<\/p>\n

It was such an amazing day, filled with so many amazing stories from all walks of life. The journey one embarks on as a woman is hard and testing but very rewarding in the end and we got to hear that.<\/p>\n

Thank you to our panel that shared their personal stories and gave us their definition of beauty. We got to understand how to love and embrace every little bit of talent you are born with, and to use it to be a success, in all the journeys one takes as a career woman, mother wife and friend. The importance of setting fitness goals and staying healthy, which leads to a fulfilling & confident life. Once you have loved and embraced your body, it leads to you understating it and makes it easier to know how to dress it for success. The biggest lesson learnt is that, how you see and view yourself, the confidence and the love you have for your whole being, plays a part in your life’s journey and also affects generations to come.<\/span><\/p>\n
